  • For more complex projects, such as e-commerce websites or custom web applications, the delivery timeline will be determined based on the specific requirements and communicated to the client in advance.

1.3 Factors Affecting Delivery:

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by several factors, including but not limited to:
    • Delays in receiving necessary materials or approvals from the client.

2. Delivery Process

  • If the client fails to provide the necessary materials, feedback, or approvals within the agreed timeframes, the delivery schedule may be extended accordingly.
  • Any delays caused by the client may result in a revised project timeline.

3.2 Extensions Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical difficulties, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, Avax Digital Solutions reserves the right to extend the delivery timeline. Clients will be informed promptly of any such delays.

4. Acceptance of Delivery

4.1 Review and Approval:

  • The client is responsible for reviewing the deliverables upon receipt. If no feedback or requests for revisions are provided within 7 business days, the project will be considered accepted and finalized.
  • Any additional changes requested after this period may be subject to additional charges.

4.2 Final Handover:

  • Upon acceptance of the final deliverables, all files and materials will be handed over to the client, and the project will be deemed complete.
  • Any further requests or modifications after the final handover will be treated as a new project or additional work.
