At Avax Digital Solutions, we strive to provide the best web design and development services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services provided by us.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected].
- Cancellations made within 7 days of project initiation may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction for any work already completed and administrative fees.
- Cancellations made after 7 days from the project start date are non-refundable.
1.2 Service-Specific Cancellation Terms:
- For ongoing services like website maintenance or hosting, the client must provide 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
- Cancellations of third-party services such as domain registration, premium themes, or plugins are non-refundable once purchased.
1.3 Cancellation by Avax Digital Solutions:
- Avax Digital Solutions reserves the right to cancel any project or service at any time. If a cancellation is initiated by us, the client will receive a prorated refund based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are provided based on the status of the project at the time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects or services that have been fully delivered to the client.
- Refunds for partially completed projects will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and expenses incurred.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services:
- Payments made for domain registrations, third-party services, premium themes, plugins, and any other non-returnable services are non-refundable.
- Custom development, design work, or any other services that have already been completed or delivered are non-refundable.
2.3 Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.4 Chargebacks:
- Chargebacks initiated by the client through their payment provider are not considered an acceptable means of refund. Any chargebacks will be disputed, and all associated fees will be the responsibility of the client.
